You will work closely with our team of groundskeepers to ensure that our facilities are safe, attractive, and functional for our employees and visitors. Your duties will include:


    - Developing and implementing plans for landscaping and grounds maintenance

    - Inspecting and assessing the condition of our outdoor spaces and identifying areas for improvement

  • As a Security Shift Supervisor at Boomtown, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our casino and hotel during your designated shift. You will be tasked with ensuring the safety of our guests, employees, and assets while maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.


    Responsibilities:

    - Supervise and lead a team of security personnel during your shift

    - Monitor and patrol the restaurant premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and any other potential security threats

    - Handle any security-related incidents that may occur, including but not limited to, disturbances, accidents, and medical emergencies

    - Conduct regular security inspections to identify and address any security vulnerabilities

    - Train and educate employees on security policies and procedures

  • The E3 Engineer is responsible for performing journeyman-level maintenance, repair, and operational tasks in support of facility systems and equipment. This position ensures the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The E3 Engineer works independently or under limited supervision to diagnose issues, perform scheduled preventive maintenance, and respond to service requests to maintain optimal facility performance and compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

      

    · Perform journeyman-level troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

    · Conduct preventive maintenance on boilers, pumps, motors, fans, compressors, controls, and other building systems.

    · Replace belts, bearings, filters, seals, valves, and other components as needed.

    · Perform routine maintenance and guest service calls in and around the hotel , bathrooms, restaurants, and public areas, equipment, pools, etc.

    · Adjust or replace hardware such as door handles, latches, hinges, drawer slides, etc. 

    · Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner, prioritizing guest-related issues.

    · Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.

    · Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.

    · Communicate effectively with supervisors, housekeeping, and other departments as needed.

    · Document all work performed using maintenance forms.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Baja Deli Cashier is responsible for providing prompt and friendly service to guests, handling food orders, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, organized work area within the casino's deli. This role includes greeting guests, taking orders, managing cash transactions, and supporting deli staff to ensure high-quality experience for guests.

    § Guest Service:

    · Greet guests warmly, take food orders accurately, and answer questions about menu items.

    · Provide information on daily specials, item availability, and assist with dietary or allergen inquiries.

    · Package and deliver orders promptly, ensuring food quality and presentation.

    As a Busperson-Day at our restaurant, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your main responsibility is to assist our servers and bartenders in ensuring that tables are cleared and reset in a timely and efficient manner. Your duties include:


    - Removing used tableware, napkins, and other debris from tables and bar tops. - Refilling water glasses and other beverages as needed. - Assisting servers in delivering food to tables. - Clearing tables and resetting them with clean tableware, napkins, and condiments. - Cleaning and maintaining cleanliness of dining areas, including floors, windows, and surfaces. - Assisting with other tasks as needed to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly.
