JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Housekeeping Attendant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

–Cleaning assigned guest rooms.

–Respond to guest calls for extra towels and special items.

–Check to make sure all lamps, TV’s, and radios are in good working condition and report to your supervisor if not.

–Responsible for contacting Guest Safety for ALL lost and found items located in guest rooms.

–Report for work on time and as scheduled. Be able to work overtime if needed.

–Frequent pushing/pulling up to 50lbs

–Perform other job duties that may be assigned.

Must be 18 years or older.

The successful Security Officer candidate preferred to have at least 1-2 years security experience.  The Security Officer must be 21 or older, able to obtain/maintain Gaming and Alcohol Awareness Training card.

DESCRIPTION

General Summary: This position is under the general direction of the Security and Surveillance Manager. Maintains surveillance equipment for safeguarding the assets of BCH Reno, and for the safety and protection of guests and staff. In this capacity, provides technical service-related support for the Surveillance Department.

Relevant Experience Or Requirements: Assures a high standard of integrity and honesty in all gaming operations and related support services. At the direction of the Security and Surveillance Manager, responds to, troubleshoots and provides resolution to equipment repairs from the Surveillance Department in a timely manner.

Capable of wiping, repairing and troubleshooting hard drives. Collaborates on projects with other staff, Integrators, Vendors and Casino Key personnel, as needed, under the direction of the Security and Surveillance Manager. Performs additional tasks as directed by the Security and Surveillance Manager.

As needed, performs daily inspection of all Surveillance Network to ensure it is operational. Maintains familiarity with Surveillance equipment part numbers and descriptions and be able to analyze part and equipment needs for surveillance related projects or upgrades. Maintains familiarity with current Gaming Board policies and procedures. Ability to assist in the installation and maintenance of cameras and cable runs throughout the property. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve wiring issues. Capable of terminating all cable including coaxial and CAT6.

Ability to respond to emergency situations during off time. Ability to act as a Surveillance Agent in the event of an emergency.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: Degree or Certificate in electronics, CCTV, or Low Voltage preferred. 1 Year of experience as a Surveillance Technician, wire puller, or working with CCTV required.

As a Barback-Swing, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar. You will be responsible for supporting our bartenders and ensuring that our guests receive fast and efficient service. Your duties will include:

– Preparing the bar for service by stocking beer, wine, spirits, and other supplies

– Keeping the bar area clean and tidy, including washing glassware and utensils

– Assisting bartenders with the preparation of drinks, including measuring and pouring ingredients

– Maintaining a clean and organized storage area for supplies and equipment

– Assisting with the set up and breakdown of special events and private parties

– Providing excellent customer service to our guests, including answering questions and making recommendations

– Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by following all sanitation and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

– Previous experience as a barback or in a similar role

The successful Housekeeping Supervisor will supervise the housekeeping team members to assure that the assigned rooms/floors are cleaned to the established quality standards.

Including but not limited to:

-Assists with directing team members to reach established daily goals.

-Inspect and maintain rooms according to quality standards.

-Properly assign work to each team member on a daily basis.

-Train and direct team members in a positive manner.

-Communicate status of rooms to the Dispatcher via telephone.

-Promote positive guest relations and promptly attend to guests’ needs

-Verbally communicating with basic English speech skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

One year Housekeeping supervisory experience preferred. Must be able to walk/stand entire shift, be agile; lots of repetitive bending, reaching, stooping and kneeling. Obtain good communication and leadership skills. Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

The incumbent in this position is responsible for performing manual labor in the warehouse including: loading, storing and issuing non-inventory items. Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within the Warehouse by performing all warehouse duties. Input information as necessary into the warehouse computer, including, receivers, inventory, and other applicable information.
