We are currently seeking a skilled Assistant Hotel Manager to help lead our hotel’s daily operations. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing day-to-day hotel operations, including staff management, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure efficient, seamless operations.

• Training, coaching, and supervising front desk agents.

• Managing financial functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.

• Monitoring guest feedback and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

• Ensuring compliance with all industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements

Ready to bring the heat? Boomtown is looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to join our Steakhouse team! In this role, you’ll prepare and present high-quality dishes while ensuring every plate meets our standards for taste, consistency, and presentation.

You’ll play a key part in kitchen operations, including food prep, station setup, and maintaining quality control. Success in this role means working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following all safety and sanitation guidelines.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items to established standards 

• Ensure proper setup and organization of your station 

• Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes 

• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations 

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service 

Requirements:

• Previous cooking experience, preferably in a steakhouse or high-volume kitchen 1 year

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask 

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards 

• Ability to obtain and maintain a beverage card 

Schedule:

• Wednesday through Sunday (Swing Shift)

POSITION SUMMARY

The incumbent in this position is responsible for counting all currency, counting all chips and tokens, and recording receipts from all areas.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provides superior guest service, positively effects interactions with external and internal guests and team members.

2. Removes drop boxes from carts and assembles boxes in numerical order to determine if all boxes have been delivered and accounted for.

3. Cash handling.

4. Identify counterfeit bills.

5. Counts all chips and tokens and records by denominations.

6. Performs the following machine operator duties as assigned: accumulates cash for entry; enters currency into the currency counter for count verification; straps counted currency.

7. Accurately completes, signs and dates all paperwork.

8. All other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

This position is extremely physical in nature, and requires such physical abilities including but not limited to:

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of team members

• Ability to identify different denominations of gaming chips, and currency.

• Ability to retrieve full and empty drop boxes, which involves bending, balancing and twisting.

• Ability to move coin bags weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to remain standing for majority of shift and to move around count room in an efficient manner.

Boomtown Steakhouse is looking for a hospitality professional to join our team as a fine dining Busser . Busser experience required. Must be able to walk/stand for an 8 hour shift and be able to obtain an Alcohol Awareness card. Plus excellent tips! Must be 18 years or older.

As a Security Shift Supervisor at Boomtown, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our casino and hotel during your designated shift. You will be tasked with ensuring the safety of our guests, employees, and assets while maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead a team of security personnel during your shift

- Monitor and patrol the restaurant premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and any other potential security threats

- Handle any security-related incidents that may occur, including but not limited to, disturbances, accidents, and medical emergencies

- Conduct regular security inspections to identify and address any security vulnerabilities

- Train and educate employees on security policies and procedures

Qualifications:

As a Barback-Day/Swing, you will play an important role in ensuring our bar runs smoothly and our customers have an enjoyable experience. You will work closely with our bartenders and other staff members to keep the bar area clean, organized and well-stocked. Your duties will include:

- Assisting the bartenders in preparing and serving drinks to customers. - Keeping the bar area clean by wiping down counters, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash. - Restocking and organizing supplies, such as liquor, mixers, glassware, and garnishes. - Setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after each shift. - Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and taking orders when necessary. To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus but not required.
