Housekeeping Attendant (Up to 18/HR)

POSITION SUMMARY

Housekeeping Attendant shift: 9:00am-5:00pm

Must be available to work weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to $18.00 per hour

Boomtown Casino Hotel is hiring for Housekeeping Attendants.

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Housekeeping Attendant responsibilities include but are not limited to:

–Cleaning assigned guest rooms.

–Respond to guest calls for extra towels and special items.

–Check to make sure all lamps, TV’s, and radios are in good working condition and report to your supervisor if not.

–Responsible for contacting Guest Safety for ALL lost and found items located in guest rooms.

–Report for work on time and as scheduled. Be able to work overtime if needed.

–Frequent pushing/pulling up to 50lbs

–Perform other job duties that may be assigned.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 18 years or older.

Experience: Hotel Housekeeping: 1 year (Required)

Security Officer

DESCRIPTION

The successful Security Officer candidate preferred to have at least 1-2 years security experience.  The Security Officer must be 21 or older, able to obtain/maintain Gaming and Alcohol Awareness Training card.

Custodian

DESCRIPTION

Shifts available:
We are currently seeking Custodians to join our team. The successful Custodial candidates are responsible for the general upkeep, maintenance of our main casino floor, offices areas, restrooms and all areas determined by assigned management team while providing our guest with excellent guest service.

 

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsibilities include the following duties but are not limited to:
Pick up trash and replace with trash liners
Vacuum, mop, wiping counters, wipe slot machines, and sweep all floor areas
Dust, wall spot, clean all glass, polish, sanitize all areas.
Note and report all areas in need of repair and any hazardous condition requiring correction.
Adhere to all safety rules and requirements and all policies and procedures
And other duties as assigned.

This is an entry level position, must be 21 or older.

We are a reputable restaurant seeking an experienced and skilled Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our customers’ satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and cook a wide range of food items including appetizers, entrees, and desserts

– Follow recipes and ensure that all dishes are cooked according to our restaurant’s standards

– Ensure that food is presented in an appealing way

– Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed

– Keep a clean and organized kitchen area

– Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food

 

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or similar setting
