POSITION SUMMARY

The successful Casino Manager must be familiar with Gaming Regulations and casino floor operations (table games including 21, pai-gow, craps, as well as keno and slots). This position provides support to all departments and is responsible for resolving guest service issues. Excellent guest service skills, ability to multi-task, and excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.

As a Barback-Day/Swing, you will play an important role in ensuring our bar runs smoothly and our customers have an enjoyable experience. You will work closely with our bartenders and other staff members to keep the bar area clean, organized and well-stocked. Your duties will include:

- Assisting the bartenders in preparing and serving drinks to customers. - Keeping the bar area clean by wiping down counters, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash. - Restocking and organizing supplies, such as liquor, mixers, glassware, and garnishes. - Setting up and breaking down the bar area before and after each shift. - Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions and taking orders when necessary. To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication and customer service skills. - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). - Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus but not required. The hotel front desk agent performs all services necessary for hotel registration including greeting guests, assigning rooms, checkouts and receipt of payment. Must be 21+ and able to obtain/maintain a gaming card.

Cleaning assigned guest rooms.

Respond to guest calls for extra towels and special items.

Check to make sure all lamps, TV's, and radios are in good working condition and report to your supervisor if not.

Responsible for contacting Guest Safety for ALL lost and found items located in guest rooms.

Report for work on time and as scheduled. Be able to work overtime if needed.

Frequent pushing/pulling up to 50lbs

Perform other job duties that may be assigned.
