- Boomtown Players Club includes BCH (Boomtown Casino Hotel) and VGC (Verdi Grillhouse and Casino) and all outlets within.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to participate, membership is free.
- New Boomtown Players Club members must enroll at designated locations to be eligible to earn rewards. Guests can sign up for a Players Card at the Hotel Front Desk, Players Club, Cashiers Cage, the Pit or the Guest Service Center at VGC.
- Valid government-issued photo identification is required to enroll in Boomtown Players Club membership, to replace lost or stolen cards, and to redeem rewards.
- Boomtown Hotel Casino or Verdi Grillhouse and Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen cards and/or rewards.
- Membership in the Boomtown Players Club program is a privilege, which may be modified or revoked, at which time rewards card(s) must be returned, as they are the property of Boomtown Casino Hotel.
- Cardholders may have only one account. Reward benefits are non-transferable.
- Boomtown Players Club members are not allowed to have others accumulate benefits to their account.
- Boomtown Players Club members are not allowed to use other cards than their own.
- By enrolling in the Boomtown Players Club rewards program, members consent to the terms of the BCH and VGC Privacy Policy which includes your permission for BCH and VGC to correspond by mail, email, and telephone. Members are responsible for promptly notifying management of contact information changes including unsubscribing or other opt-out options.
- BCH and VGC reserves the right to adjust rewards point balances resulting from malfunction, operator error and/or fraud.
- It is the member’s responsibility to present Boomtown Players Club card to a dealer before playing table games and keno booth and/or properly insert the Boomtown Players Club card into the slot card reader and verify its acceptance throughout the duration of play.
- Boomtown Players Club earned points/comps will expire with 90 days of inactivity. All unused points/comps will expire and will no longer be available for redemption.
- Base/tier points are earned annually and are used for determining tier levels.
- Point multiplier promotions or other point adjustments will not apply to base tier points.
- Individual players may be disqualified from point multipliers or may be given a reduced multiplier for any reason, including suspicion of advantage play.
- Tier levels are subject to modification based upon account activity. Boomtown Players Club reserves the right to cancel or modify the Rewards privileges at any time without notice.
- Any Boomtown Players Club Rewards member that is banned from the property voluntarily or involuntarily will forfeit all privileges, including awards, prizes, points, comps, and offers that are associated with Boomtown Players Club membership.
- Any Boomtown Players Club member who has had a tier level reduction is required to surrender the existing card and will be issued a new card with the current tier level. This includes any parking pass that has been issued.
- Management reserves all rights and all decisions are final and binding. Boomtown Players Club benefits are subject to availability. See Players Club for additional details.
- Use your PIN to download points for FreePlay at select machines. Sharing your PIN with anyone else is not allowed.
